In my experience with the Tiger2(either one) getting uptiered to 7.3 is not very uncommon, and majority of 7.3 vehicles have APDS or HEAT-FS which completely demolishes Tiger2 armor and are often more maneuverable then german heavysĮDIT: They are not "Modern" tanks but they are significantly better then late war german heavys The IS-6 isn't postwar, it was produced and tested in 1944 before development ceased in 1945 and it has the same rounds as the IS-2, albeit with a faster reload.
